Narinder Ahluwalia

Narinder, who has been working with Covalience since 2012, is a seasoned executive, consultant, leader, and speaker with a wide range of business experience. He has had the opportunity to work in companies ranging from early-stage start-ups to multinational corporations, both as an employee as well as a consultant. He has lived, traveled, and worked in over 15 countries and currently resides in India. His passion is for leadership development and effective human resources and business processes. By sharing his experiences in these areas with our team and other professionals, he has sought to encourage and develop others with an engaging and interactive approach. When not working, Narinder likes to go on vacations with his wife (preferably seaside) and enjoys running in our Covalience Running Club.
