Alfred brings three decades of experience in global technology outsourcing and software product development across 4 continents. He’s worked on both the customer and provider sides of outsourcing engineering talent and understands the benefits and unique challenges of running project teams across cultures and time zones. Alfred brings global experience having managed large digital transformation projects both in India and abroad, and more recently as the Global Product Engineering manager for a US SaaS product company. Alfred has a passion for making sure that things are well-managed and running efficiently. He currently manages all of our Operations in India, including Human Resources, Finance, Office Management, Legal, and IT. His team ensures that we have and retain the best talent and provide them with a stable, secure, and efficient work environment. Alfred is a coffee lover and collects coffee from all over the world. He also likes to spend time with family and go to offbeat locations.
